◉ Certified C-IAYT Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy helping you feel confident in your body, your breath, and how you move in the world.
Hi, I’m Kim
I’m a certified C-IAYT yoga therapist. My work blends yoga therapy movement, meditation, and mindfulness to help you better understand how your body responds to stress, pain and ongoing discomfort, and life experiences—and how to gently create new possibilities from there.
“Honestly, my goal is to work myself out of a job—by helping you feel confident in your body, your breath, and how you move in the world.”

◉ Common Questions
You might be wondering
Curious whether yoga therapy is right for you? These are questions I hear often — and love talking through. Still curious? Let’s chat.
-
No—yoga therapy is very different from a traditional yoga class.
Rather than following a set sequence or keeping up with a group, yoga therapy is personalized to you. We focus on how your body moves, how you breathe, and how your nervous system responds to stress, pain, or past experiences.
It’s slower, more intentional, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
-
Not at all.
Many people I work with are beginners or have tried other approaches that didn’t feel helpful or sustainable. This work is about learning how to listen to your body—not performing poses or getting it “right.”
-
Yoga therapy can support people experiencing:
Chronic pain or tension
Stress or anxiety
Limited mobility or stiffness
Recovery from injury
A general feeling of disconnection from their body
We focus on building awareness, reducing unnecessary strain, and creating more ease in how you move and feel.
